Another darling Piper’s original pattern is here! These are our Bombardier Hats! They are so warm, yet so fashionable, and you can knit them up in a flash. We made them using Boboli Quick, which is a super chunky variegated yarn. Make one for yourself and one for your little one to match! You can purchase the pattern in our shop or on our website here. We also have filmed two short videos that will help you to knit these hats. These are really as easy as a basic beanie, the only thing different is the added earflaps, so our videos will show you how! So simple!

Free Pattern: Giant Basket Stitch Scarf
I came across this scarf as I was switching out my summer wardrobe for my winter one. I made this scarf a couple of years ago, and had totally forgotten about it. I totally fell in love with it all over again! I remember that this was really easy, but it looks very complicated. We still sell the yarn and I still had the pattern, so I am going to share it with you! Anything very chunky will work, preferably you will want something with a gauge of 2-3 stitches per inch on #11 or #15 needles. This scarf took (2) 100 gram hanks, but you could use more or less depending on the length that you would like. You will love this scarf! On the Docket: Weekend Beret
Yesterday I started a new knitting project and did some babysitting, hence the crocodile about to consume my stitches. The pattern is called Insou and is a free Berroco pattern that you can download for yourself here, or stop by the shop and pick one up. We received some of the yarn it is made from called Weekend and I had to start my very own in pink. I love knitting cables, so it has been really a treat. I probably will need a little help with the flowers because crochet is not really my forte, but they are a necessary addition. What do you think ?
