We are loving these Heather Bailey Laminate fabrics that are in the shop! I just cut a piece of the stripe for a tablecloth for my patio table, I may add some rick-rack around the edge. Hmmm.

There are four new wonderful patterns from Heather Bailey! We have them all at the shop! I am speechless over how adorable theyn are. The two shown above are the Flutterby Pincushions and the Claira & Clancy pig dolls. There are also two wonderful tote patterns, the New Leaf and the Saturday Market Bag. Better get sewing!
Jeanette whipped up some adorable versions on Heather Bailey’s latest pattern! They are so adorable! We are putting together packages of new die cut wool felt shapes that we are going to sell in the shop. Some of the little flowers turned out to be just perfect for little elephant accessories!
I know what I am doing this weekend! This is the Effie & Ollie pattern, the latest from Heather Bailey!
Have you seen all of the fabulous new Heather Bailey patterns that are coming out? We have been impatiently waiting for them here at the shop. We will have to learn to be a little more patient, because most of them will not be available for another month! But, we did just receive one of them, the Smarty Girl Book Bag. I am going to try and whip a few of these out this weekend for last minute Christmas gifts for some of my girlfriends. As always, it is just adorable. We also had a few new books show up yesterday and the one below was my very favorite. It is called Felting for Baby by Saori Yamazaki. It is chock full of projects as cute as the baby shoes on the cover. Everything is done with needle felting, one of our new favorite pastimes around here. We are planning to teach the booties shown on the cover in a class in January. Stay tuned for the new class schedule that comes out after Christmas.
I don’t know about you but I have put off way too much of my holiday preperations for the last minute. I am gettting a little worried, especially since there seems to be so many festivities to attend from now until the big day. Breathe, okay, you will make it. Anyway, holiday prep is not real stress, I am lucky to be able to worry about such things. Enjoy your weekend!
Last weeks winner, as chosen by my niece Piper( I printed all of the comments out and where she bit the paper, was the winner). The winner is Helz. I have not figured out how to get your e-mail off your comment. So if someone can help me to figure out how to do that, please let me know. Hopefully everyone will check the blog again and see. If you are Helz, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can get your address on where to send your fab fabric.
The fabric above is my favorite for this week. It is the Scroll Print from the French Riviera collection, aslo from Art Gallery. I am quite taken with the color Teal lately, and I especially love it with chocolate brown.

Oh My!! I have just unfinished un-packing six giant boxes of the most wonderful fabrics ever! I feel like it is christmas on the last day of July. Tons of Heather Bailey’s two new lines and also a bunch of bolts from Anna Maria Horner. It is so exciting! These two women are the most amazing designers, and both have great blogs, but I am sure you already visit them frequently.
