I really do love them all, but there are a few I am a little obsessed with. I love these pieced hats above! It is actually a pillow, in the pattern called Fashion Fun. I am going to make it into a larger size quilt. I am so excited to get it started! Jeanette has already started the Millie’s Dresses pattern shown below. So stay tuned for pics! Summer Class Schedule & Shop Hop

My girlfriend told me tonight that we all need to make a summer “Bucket” list but it is called a “Sand Pail” list. I love this! When you make yours, make sure to add some classes at Piper’s to it! Also this week is the 2012 Wasatch Front Shop Hop! Many fabulous quilt shops, joining together for one great event. It runs from Wednesday through Saturday, there are a lot of fantastic drawings and a lot of fun to be had. Come by our shop to get started!

JUST IN! These darling Aiden & Ava bibs, shown above! They are in kits, with lots of darling fabrics to choose from as well as several variations in the pattern.There are options for both boys and girls and they are also reversible!! Summer Sewing for Kids!

This summer the Children Can Sew School will be offering children’s sewing classes in our classroom! This is a great way to keep your kiddos busy and creative! The classes are for ages 6 & up, and are every Tuesday with a few different time options. Check out their blog for more info: Children Can Sew or call Emily at 801-360-4450. These adorable strawberries are one of many fabulous projects that your child could make. We are so excited to be working with them!

Favorite Fabric Friday: Ghastlies Chevron!

With all of the chevron craze as of late, of course it was added to the new Ghastlies collection. I am so in love with it! Isn’t it fab!? It also fills my continued longing for gray fabrics. I am really loving some of the companion fabrics from this collection! The lace tapestry below is also super fab.

We still have these above plus a few more  Ghastlies in the shop,  the ones that have  sold out are coming in again next week! Plus for all of you crazy Chevron lovers, there is a bunch of the Riley Blake Chevrons coming too!

I feel busy, busy, busy and super inspired this week! There is a lot of new projects that are showing up, plus tons in the hopper for later this summer that are so great!~  Make sure to keep in touch!
