Today we were back to work at the shop after having quite a bit of time off for the holidays. With the New Year here, I have been analyzing my life trying to come up with some resolutions. One thing that kep sticking out very clearly in my mind is how very lucky I am to work day after day with such beautiful fabrics, yarns, ideas, women. I am surrounded by amazing and unique every day of my life. So even though I am back to work, I really can’t call it that.
We are busy, busy. Above is a sneak peak at just one of many new creations that will be on display soon! I will share with you each day all of the new!
Oh and I almost forgot!I have to share the very scary event that unfolded right in front of our shop today. There was a bomb scare at the Post Office directly across the street from our shop. It was very hairy for a bit, but turned out to be ok in the end. I watched the entire process as it was practically in our front yard! There was a lone man who was suited up in what looked like a scuba suit, then sent into the post office to retrieve the potential bomb. Can you imagine having that job? I will stick with a fabric career, Thank You.

wow, a bomb scare, huh? And they didn’t make you evacuate, that’s the scary part!
